Excellent customer service - the first room given, the toilet had a smell so the sent the tram to clean it and still provided us the option to move rooms ofterwards. Excellent location, comfy bed, modern living room with comfy L-shape sofa. Good amount of parking spaces outside the hotel. Thanks to Aslam at reception we were able to checkout late which was handy.

I booked this late after attending an event in the National Conference Centre as a cost effective place to recharge for day 2. I needed somewhere quiet for a good sleep, where I could grab some local food and flavours as well as use as a work location as my session wasn't starting until 3pm the following day. The Dust provided all of this. I was upgraded to a 1 bed apartment which was perfect. The hotel is a little old , tired but the staff were super accommodating and friendly. I had a great nights sleep. Bed was super comfy. Across the road a little walk to the left a juice stall, a bit further up 2 places selling homemade cooked bread one with yummy veggie inside, an Indian and a shwarma shop! Perfect!!
